The Plant possesses more than 100 machinery processing equipment, including precision punching machine, pneumatic punching machine, common punching machine, testing facilities special for thermostat, electric welding machine and injection-molding machine, along with a special production line for thermostat. Hongfa now has more than 200 employees, of which there are 8 engineers and 10 checkers. Headed by the Director, the Plant has set up several divisions, namely Production Department, Quality Control Department, Supply and Marketing Department, Finance Department and General Affairs Department. To obtain a vigorous unit, the Plant offers regular training for employees and conducts a competitive system for all senior management staff. Main products of Hongfa are various thermostats special for household appliances. Early in 1998, the Plant has achieved TUV Certificate issued by Germany-based PS Company. In July 2001, HF thermostat obtained the national Great Wall Certificate, which was transferred to CQC certificate in April 2003. In 2002, it also achieved American UL Certificate and German TUV Certificate. For years, Hongfa conducted strict management in production in high conformity with TUV standard. As a result, HF series enjoys great reputation in the market. In the future, Hongfa will continue to focus on development of up-to-date models to adapt to changeful market.
